Baseball, Baseball and MORE BASEBALL!!!

Baseball season has begun and my brother is now officially playing for his high school! It’s so crazy seeing him rockin’ the Snow Canyon HS baseball uniform and to see him play and represent his school. He’s a utility player which means he can play any position and play it good, but his home is short stop, his coach needed a second catcher and saw how quick his reflexes are and asked him to also play that position, so he will alternate between short and catching (; Regardless, he will be First 9, and I’m so happy to see him out on that field because he has worked hard to get here. I remember him being 3 years old and playing TBall, then being drafted into the All-Stars team at 6 when he was old enough, playing on the All-Stars every year, being asked to play for a travel team from ages 8-11, and then moving to Utah and playing for two travel teams, regular season and again the All-Stars. Now he’s 14 and a freshman… it is crazy how fast time flies by! I’m sooooo proud of my brother, he’s so naturally talented in baseball and everything in general he’s just one of those kids that’s GOOD at anything he does. Can you tell I’m his biggest fan? Of course! I will ALWAYS be there for him and be the one cheering him on, wearing his jersey, and yelling out “Let’s Go Brian!” forever… even if I’m living in Ireland and he’s here in Utah. I will still support him. (: Here are a few snaps from his first few games. He's always been #7 since he was 3 and playing on the dodgers for TBall, so this year he decided on #19, and I will mention that, that's also the Orioles' Chris "Crush" Davis' jersey number, oh yeah!

Since he had been wearing the same shoes for two years i bought him a new pair, and good thing too, he's now a size 10! These were at Sports Chalet on sale for $50.

He used his old glove so much, that it ripped and kept ripping everytime he would go to practice so I bought him a new glove as well, it was priced at $180 but the manager at the store knew my brother and hooked it up and sold it to us for $100! Great Deal!

The Home Jersey.

The Away Jersey.

Introducing themselves to all of the baseball parents.

I volunteered to help out in a tournament they hosted by keeping the scoreboard. So much fun up in that box!

I took this candid shot of him and he looks just so handsome in his uniform.

These pants are so big on him. haha.

If you're ever bored, stop by your local school and watch a High School baseball game, they're A LOT of fun! Plus, they need as many funds as they can get! Our school has taken the state championship the last two years and we are hoping to do it again!
