8 is Great!
Jeez, I cannot believe how fast time has gone by, I've been so busy that I have not been able to keep up with everything I've been working on. Well, since I work in the primary at church I do have a few baptisms to attend every year. This month we had two little girls and one little boy who chose to be baptized as members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
My friend threw a party for her little girl and boy was it a party. My friend asked me to help her decorate and this is what we did.
We set up a gift table and incorporated pictures of her throughout the room.
Little Matty jumped into our picture in the "photo booth"
This was the Guest book table. My friend made the little flowers on the wreath and hot glued them on.
cupcakes, cupcakes and more cupcakes.
We love water.
The menu was wings and salads.
Here's Jared and I's silly faces.
photobooth. My friend's neighbor was replacing his fence and was going to throw these out so she asked if she could have them and boom, upcycled them. def, a good find and an awesome decoration.
The Table centerpieces were made with mason jars and marbles. We used a piece of cardstock to cut out the 8 and glued it to a piece of burlap.
Before the food. haha.
These baskets were used to hold the plates, napkins and silverware.
cupcakes... yum.
Overall the party was fun and the decorations were super cute. I'm glad I was able to help her out. Do you guys throw parties for baptisms as well?
